Diane brings more than 15 years of experience to her role as Chief Financial Officer/Chief Compliance Officer at CAI.
Prior to joining CAI, Diane served as Senior Vice President at HPS Investment Partners in accounting and portfolio operations. Prior to HPS, Diane held various roles at Harmonic Fund Services, a private equity and hedge fund administrator. Earlier in her career Diane worked as the Director of Finance at MCAP, a mortgage financing company and as a Senior Associate at KPMG LLP.
Diane is a CFA charterholder, a Chartered Professional Accountant of Ontario, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
