Bill Green

Previously Senior Managing Director at Macquarie and CEO of Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation Renewable Energy Holdings, Bill brings thirty years of experience to his roles in sustainable energy, infrastructure investment and corporate development. Bill’s success in the banking, private equity and venture capital sectors is grounded in his experiential understanding of the key levers of business success. 

Lex Wolf

Most recently served as a Managing Director at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets where he served as Chairman of the Board of Hawaii Gas, the only regulated gas utility in the state.  During his tenure at MIRA, Mr. Wolf also served as the Asset Director for MIC Renewable Energy Holdings, a new investment vertical founded by Bill Green, that grew to a portfolio of 345 megawatts of wind and solar projects. Prior to joining MIRA, Mr. Wolf held senior investment positions at several middle market private equity funds.

Mark Freyman

Most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer of Smart Wires, an electric transmission technology firm enabling high grid penetration of intermittent generation. Mark grew revenues from zero to $100M changing how to sell innovation to utilities. Previously, Mark was responsible for renewable infrastructure investments at Chevron Renewable Power, partnering with MIC Renewable Energy Holdings investing in wind, solar, and geothermal generation. Earlier in his career, Mark was a wind developer and a strategy consultant.

Cynthia Jaggi

Previously a Partner at Fitzgerald Analytics, a boutique consulting firm where she helped a diverse roster of clients achieve their goals by creating the essential building blocks for action. Cynthia also served as Chief Program Officer at Catholic Charities of the East Bay. Realizing that large-scale environmental solutions would revolve around finance she became a serious options trader, recognized as one the few industry female “rising stars”.

Dominique has more than 20 years of water industry experience in management, strategy and business development, operational improvement of large private utilities and the negotiation of large, international environmental contracts. He previously served as CEO of SUEZ’ Advanced Solutions segment (formerly Utility Service Group) and SUEZ North America Environmental Services and Advanced Solutions.

Dan Reicher

Former Assistant Secretary of Energy and Director of Climate Change and Energy Initiatives at Google, Reicher has served three U.S. presidents, testified before the U.S. Congress more than 50 times, helped launch Google’s pathbreaking energy work, set new energy efficiency standards and accelerated wind deployment as Assistant Secretary of Energy, and co-founded one of the nation’s earliest clean energy project investment firms.

Diane Attersley

CAI's CFO/CCO, Diane most recently served as a Senior Vice President at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to HPS, Diane worked at Harmonic Fund Services, a private equity and hedge fund administrator. Earlier in her career Diane worked as the Director of Finance at MCAP, a mortgage financing company and as a senior associate at KPMG LLP. Diane is a CFA charterholder and a Chartered Accountant of Ontario.

Brynne Weeks

CAI’s VP, Water Origination, Brynne brings a decade of experience in the water and wastewater industry. Prior to CAI, she planned and developed water reuse projects at Carollo Engineers, the largest water-only consulting firm in the US, and specialized in non-potable water recycling, groundwater augmentation, and direct potable reuse for clients across California.

Henry Riehl

Prior to joining CAI as an Associate, Henry held various roles in the Portfolio Management and Investment Research groups at Hall Capital Partners, an investment advisor that builds and manages customized, global, multi-asset class portfolios for families, endowments, and foundations. Most recently, he served as an Associate on the Investment Research team where he was responsible for research, identification, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring of absolute return and credit investments.

Ping Ping Hong

Ping brings extensive knowledge in Accounting and Tax to her role as Manager of Accounting at CAI.

Prior to joining CAI, Ping was an accounting manager at Bayside Management. Before that, Ping was a Tax Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and specialized in International Tax.

 

Ping is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Southern California. Ping lives in Marin with her husband and two little boys.
