With decades of experience leading key divisions of the largest water enterprises in the world, Dominique brings extensive pattern recognition and investment insights to CAI’s investment work in the water, wastewater, and waste-to-value transition.

Prior to joining Bill Green at the inception of CAI, Dominique held various leadership roles at Suez. He participated in Suez’ international expansion as it became the second largest environmental group in the world.

Dominique co-led the development of the world’s largest water concession in Chile with annual revenue of $500 million and led the acquisition and integration of several other utilities. He later participated in the acquisition of Agbar in Spain, generating more than $3 billion of new and recurring businesses worldwide. Most recently Dominique led Suez US and presided over the doubling of organic growth; building and operating a $500 million a year water services business in North America.

Dominique leads CAI’s water and waste-to-value investment platform and is intimately involved in sourcing, diligence, and operational considerations of the Fund’s investments in this sector.

Dominique holds a MBA from HEC Paris, an engineering M.Sc. in geophysics from IFP School and a B.S. in physics from the Université Denis Diderot.
