Jack brings more than seven years of infrastructure transaction experience with particular expertise in structuring and executing merger and acquisition deals.
Prior to joining CAI in July 2023, Jack spent seven years at Stifel Investment Bank, where he was most recently a Vice President within the Energy Infrastructure Group. At Stifel, Jack focused on middle market merger and acquisitions, helping to execute more than 30 transactions with aggregate deal value exceeding $9.5 billion. At Stifel, Jack was directly involved in every aspect of the deal process including completing valuation analyses and identifying the investment merits and risks associated with different industries and assets. Jack has experience working across a diverse range of infrastructure asset classes including biofuel, geothermal, jones-act shipping, renewable natural gas, liquified natural gas and railroad.
Jack holds a B.A. in theoretical mathematics from Amherst College.
