Lauren joined CAI in 2023 to lead Asset Management and Debt Capital Markets and support the water and wastewater investment team in the diligence and execution of the Fund’s water-related investments.
Previously an Investment Vice President at Prudential Private Capital, Lauren’s background includes 17 years of investing in power, utilities and energy infrastructure. At Prudential, Lauren focused on investment origination, asset management and workouts across debt, equity and tax equity investments. Her work in the power sector included investments in both renewable and conventional generating technologies, as well as transmission and battery storage.
Lauren holds a BBA in finance from Southern Methodist University and is a CFA charterholder. She was named as one of Kayo’s “Top 22 in 2022: Women in Renewable Energy.”
